TLC Home Health of Ohio, Inc. offers in-home private duty services 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.  We are also contracted as a Passport Provider  and Waiver Provider by the state of Ohio.  TLC can provide and assist your loved ones with

Referrals are accepted from hospitals, physicians, family, friends, or individuals requesting assistance for themselves.

TLC offers a free initial assessment and family conference. Other service rates vary, depending on the services provided. Services are billed weekly and by the hour with a 2-hour minimum. All TLC personnel are bonded and insured; and a background screening is done on all personnel at the time of hire. Our state-approved Training Center assures you highly skilled nursing personnel, and all employees follow the standards of Community Health Accreditation Program (C.H.A.P.)
